The comment above is a consensus view from numerous client interviews we conducted over
our first year in business. When we started this company, we endeavored to be different, to
create a company that solved the real problems you have. With that as our purpose we talked
to our current clients, prospective clients and left out the "industry experts" who only perpetuated
a story that really wasn't working.
Based on these discussions, many of our thoughts and theories were proven right, but we also
learned some things. Thus, as we moved forward with a purpose based on these insights, your
input was clear:
- Service is the key. No matter how great the design or how inexpensive the cost, you
need to receive service that leaves you with peace of mind, and you don't mind paying a
little extra for this. You want to simply show up on the day before the show or opening with
everything complete and as promised, something that is not happening enough for many
of you.
- Design is important, but not the only criteria. You want your fixture/exhibit to look
good, potentially great. But if "cutting-edge" design is all we talk about, we're missing the
point. You said many times that design should solve problems with weight, ease of
installation, quality control, cost and ease of use - much of which is being sacrificed for "style" these days.
- Costs are an issue.....if they don't make sense. Many of you are very tired of being
charged $1,000 for checking a crate for a missing graphic - we hear you! Some of you
who have great service providers feel caught as you feel that the only way to receive this
service is to pay exorbitantly for it. You wish you could find a provider that provides great
service at a reasonable cost.
- Help us get results! You want tangible results for the time, effort and cost of these
investments, and need guidance from those of us who work in this realm daily.
So, we have moved forward building a company that is focused on service, can provide good, if
not great, design solutions that consider all your issues and cost less than many of the "full
service" providers out there. Basically, "big" provider service close to "small" provider prices.
We are continually refining our service set to make you as a customer (and potential customer)
