You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by XIBITMAX within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding any custom graphic production. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Damaged goods as the result of shipping mishandling may take longer to resolve due to issues dealing with receiving compensation from the shipping company.  Status of any refund will be communicated via email with progress reporting.

Orders that were delivered more than 30 days after purchase will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it, please contact us at info@xibitmax.com for complete instructions and the level of the refund.  Please note that refunds will not be issued until a complete inspection of the item returned.  Also note any items that have been used WILL NOT be issued a refund of any kind.  Graphics will not be given refunds unless there was an error due to XIBITMAX's process and production.

All return requests shall be made via email to info@xibitmax.com outlining the following information:

- Item being returned

- Date Ordered

- Reason for Return

- Wishing Exchange or Refund

Upon receipt, your order and request will be reviewed for return approval, with an RA# being issues once approval has been secured.  Refunds, exchanges and the like will be reviewed on a case by case basis and contact will be made regarding any or all further action.
